Jenny Howell

Jenny Howell was a mature student at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine qualifying in 2005 with a Bsc (Hons) Ost Med (2:1) The Naturopathic approach encouraged by the college was to treat the whole person and to recognize the importance of preventative care. Jenny works within that approach by discussing and giving advice on posture, diet, relaxation and exercise as well as treating the patient using structural or cranial osteopathy.

Cranial osteopathy is a very gentle type of treatment especially suitable for babies and the elderly and frail, although anyone can benefit. Cranial osteopathy can help babies with conditions such as colic, glue-ear and sleeping problems. Jenny has attended a post-graduate cranial course at the Sutherland Cranial College.

Jenny is keen to treat acute conditions such a sports injuries as well as degenerative conditions such as arthritis. Osteopathy can also help with conditions such as digestive problems, stress, earaches and headaches.

Jenny works on tuesdays, thursdays and saturday mornings and is registered with some of the insurance companies such as AXA PPP.
